The fourth year of International Stars of Ballet and Dance continued Hatch House’s reputation of presenting stunning world class and intelligent performances. As always each year new works by young and aspiring creatives are premiered at Hatch House, this year it was the turn of two supremely talented choreographers Jamie Thompson and Jorges Garcia. We also saw a short new work by the world renowned choreographer Will Tuckett, all performed by artists of the Covent Garden Dance Company.
The special guest stars from Hamburg Ballet performed two contrasting but exquisite works, one from the cannon of Natalie Horecna and the pas de deux from Act III from ‘Coppelia’(Variation) as the finalé to a standing ovation.
Tickets as always were all inclusive and included champagne reception on the upper lawns with its views across the vale, a beautiful three course dinner with wines within Hatch House's stunning 17th Century Dutch walled garden which was covered for the event.
